Front Lever Routin

BAR RAKAN FRONT LEVER ROUTIN


Kat sini aku nak share la sikit routin nak buat front lever ( MY STYLE)..
First korang kene Warm Up dulu...

After warm up..buat biginner routin 1 set..

1)   Push Up
      








2)   Squat
      
3)   Dips












4)   Pull Ups












korang buat 5 kali satu set...then rehat 2 minit

baru start real routin...

1) Push Up 20 - 3 set








2) Pull Up 20 - 3 Set













3) Front Lever swing 10 - 3 set











buat tu inyallah boleh...just fikir ko boleh buat...jgn fikir payah...Just say you CAN DO, just DO, PROVE IT....
